Client Success Manager

We are seeking a passionate and highly organised Client Success Manager to join our vibrant and hard-working team and help us further grow our business. We want an enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career within a caring environment. 

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be crucial to helping the business achieve its ambitious growth plans. The successful applicant will be driven to achieve the best outcomes for both clients and the business and maintain our exceptional record of client retention, as well as collaborate with the team on sales and marketing developments. 

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Primary – client relationship functions, including:
    • manage and retain existing account relationships and build strong client engagement and rapport, strongly focussed on retention and uplift
    • provide ongoing support to and enhance relations with industry clients, including coordinate, schedule and undertake all activities to sell/promote our products
    • regular contact and meeting with clients in person and via video to foster and grow working relationships
    • conduct regular client reviews to ensure clients’ needs and requirements are being fulfilled
    • support sales and marketing initiatives to identify and develop opportunities to drive growth, including effectively present and communicate opportunities within our existing client portfolio
    • ensure clients are sufficiently supplied with all sales tools and marketing items
    • maximize benefit from CRM and sales/marketing initiatives
    • attend trade shows as required from time-to-time, including on occasional weekends
    • attend networking events as required from time-to-time, including on occasional mornings/evenings.
  • Secondary – assist with:
    • sales and customer service via telephone, email and walk-in queries
    • other sales activities as may be required
    • maintaining and continuously improving all systems
    • specific tasks/projects for Management from time to time
    • relieving other staff positions when required
    • any other tasks requested or typical in a business of this type
    • being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise.

Retailer Relationship Manager​

We seek a passionate and highly organised Retailer Relationship Manager to join our vibrant and hard-working team and help us
further grow our business. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be crucial to helping the business achieve its ambitious retailer growth plans.

Duties include, but are not limited to thefollowing:

Retail Relationship Management:

  • Manage and retain existing retailer relationships.
  • Build, nurture and enhance strong, long-term trusting relationships with retail partners.
  • Introduce and sell Coldbuster to new retail partners.
  • Provide ongoing support to retailers, including coordinating, scheduling and undertaking all activities to sell/promote our products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for retailers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally to maximise client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communicate effectively with retailers to understand their expectations and provide solutions.
  • Ensure Retailers are sufficiently supplied with all sales tools and marketing items.
 

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the accounts, driving increased sales and market share.
  • Including upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products to the retailer’s portfolio.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
 

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
 

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with marketing, sales, product development and operations departments, to ensure a cohesive approach to retailer support and align strategies.
  • Monitor and provide regular feedback to the management team regarding insight, retailer performance, market intelligence & conditions, market competitor activities and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maximize benefits from CRM and sales/marketing initiatives.
 

Requirements of the Successful Applicant:

  • Experience in retailer account management is essential, and within the building/ construction industry is strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record and enjoyment building growth and long-term relationships with retailers through regular account meetings and helping clients get the most from our solutions and services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful account strategies, resulting in revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional organisational, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Results-driven, with the personal drive, motivation, and initiative to forge growth and success.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, proactive and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team and be responsible for providing customers with the best possible solutions for their projects, as well as collaborating with the team on sales initiatives.

Your new role:

  • Primarily all aspects of the quoting process which includes:
  • Producing heating plans and quotations.
  • Prioritising, chasing info etc for quotes.
  • Sales and customer service via telephone, text, email and walk-in queries.
  • Taking orders and payments.
  • Maximizing benefit from CRM and sales/marketing initiatives.
  • Collecting and filing job information.
  • Other sales activities as may be required.
  • Following up with clients after quotations.
  • Assisting management with specific tasks/projects.

Floor Heating Installer - Full Training Provided

Based in Frenchs Forest on Sydney’s Northern Beaches

Are you highly motivated and looking for a new job or new career?

Coldbuster is a fast growing, family-owned company looking for an enthusiastic floor heating installer to join our supportive team. No previous experience in floor heating is required as full training is provided, however experience in the construction industry would be highly regarded.

As a floor heating installer, you will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for planning the floor heating layout and installing the floor heating at locations across Sydney, as well as assisting with tasks in the office on days when installations are not required.

Your new role:

  • Primarily all floor heating installation functions (non-electrical).
  • Developing heat plans and putting together quotes.
  • Sales and customer service via telephone, email and walk-in queries.
  • Assisting management with specific tasks/projects.
  • Being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise.

Electrician - Floor Heating Installer

We are seeking a highly motivated person to add value to our team as an electrician / floor heating Installer. We want an enthusiastic candidatelooking for a long-term career within a caring environment.

No previous floor heating experience is necessary as full training is provided. You would be based out of our Frenchs Forest office, with installations in a variety of working environments, across greater Sydney metropolitan and occasionally beyond.

Although we do have other floor heating installers, you would be the only electrician on board. Meaning, in addition to undertaking floor heating installations, you would be responsible for related tasks that only an electrician is permitted to undertake, such as setting up conduits and doing
thermostat fit offs. We may also offer other electrical related works on our sites if a client requires.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Primary

  • All floor heating installation functions (electrical and non-electrical).
  • All other electrical services.
 

Secondary (when there are days/times when installations are not required) – assist with:

  • All floor heating installation functions (electrical and non-electrical).
  • All other electrical services.
  • Sales and customer service via telephone, email and walk-in queries.
  • Maintaining and continuously improving all systems.
  • Specific tasks/projects for Management from time to time.
  • Relieving other staff positions when required.
  • Any other tasks requested or typical in a business of this type.
  • Being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise.
 

Requirements:

  • Qualified & licenced electrician.
  • Being practically minded with a good mathematics understanding is the main skill required.
  • Good time management skills are also essential.
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate good verbal & written communication skills, both internally with our team & externally with our clients.
  • Desire to promote Coldbuster whenever/wherever reasonable.
  • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and keep to specific procedures.
  • Strong work ethic and eye for detail.
  • Excellent customer service and a genuine willingness to help others.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Desire to follow tasks through to the end.
  • Desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and on your own.
