Our electric under-carpet heating systems are designed to provide many years of reliable service. However, we understand that unforeseen incidents can occur, leading to the need for repairs. For instance, if a new doorstop is installed and drilled directly through the heating mat underneath, damage may result.
To address such repair needs, we offer the Coldbuster Carpet Heater Repair Kit.
This kit is designed to assist in repairing damage to the heating mat. It is suitable for situations where the damage is in less trafficked areas of the room, such as under a sofa or in a corner.
However, if the damage occurs in a highly trafficked area, such as in front of a door, we recommend replacing the entire heating mat to ensure long-term functionality. Please note that any repair carried out voids our 25-year warranty.
