Quotation & Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a positive, highly motivated Quotation & Customer Service Officer to add value to our team. We want an enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career within a caring environment.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team and be responsible for providing customers with the best possible solutions for their projects, as well as collaborating with the team on sales and marketing developments. 
  

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Primary – all aspects of the quoting process, including:
    • producing heating plans and quotations,
  • prioritising, chasing info, etc for quotes
  • sales and customer service via telephone, text, email and walk-in queries
  • maximizing benefit from CRM and sales/marketing initiatives
  • collecting and filing job information
  • Secondary – assist with:
  • maintaining and continuously improving all systems
  • specific tasks/projects for Management from time to time
  • relieving other staff positions when required
  • any other tasks requested or typical in a business of this type
  • being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise.

 

Requirements:

  • positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and keep to specific procedures
  • strong work ethic and eye for detail
  • excellent customer service and a genuine willingness to help others
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • exceptional organisational skills
  • capability of working both independently and within a team environment
  • ability to follow tasks through to the end and consistently meet deadlines
  • desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
  • intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
  • ability to pick up new programs and systems quickly and easily

Scheduling & Admin Officer

We are looking for a positive, highly motivated Scheduling & Admin Officer to add value to our team. We want an enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career within a caring environment.

The Scheduling & Admin Officer will work across all areas of scheduling as well as undertake other administrative functions when/as needed.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Primary – all scheduling functions, including:
    • managing installation bookings from both client and installer point of views
    • organising installs from either our own team or from our 3rd party nationwide team
    • confirming installation jobs
    • dealing with clients regarding site readiness, deposits, rescheduling, etc
    • collaborating with internal and external personnel
    • entering and maintaining accurate and professional records of client and installer interactions;
    • recruiting new electricians to build install team nation-wide
    • collecting and collating 3rd party installers’ details and ensure up to date
    •  
  • Secondary – assist with:
    • sales and customer service via telephone, email and walk-in queries
    • maximizing benefit from CRM and sales/marketing initiatives
    • maintaining and continuously improving all systems

Warehouse & Support Officer

We are looking for a positive, highly motivated Warehouse and Support Officer to add value to our team. We want an enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career within a caring environment.

 

The Warehouse and Support Officer will work across all areas of warehousing as well as undertake other support functions when/as needed.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Primary – all warehousing functions, including:
    • accepting all incoming deliveries and placing them in orderly fashion into warehouse
    • keeping warehouse organised, tidy and clean
    • stock control/reporting at times
    • picking/packing as necessary for deliveries or installations or otherwise
    • organising shipping as per procedures
    • occasional deliveries
    • occasional helping with installs
    • occasional minor product assembly
    • maintaining office/kitchen/bathroom/warehouse/installer supplies
    • all recycling/trash activities
    • all other activities that may be required from time to time to maximize efficiencies of workplace for all staff
  • Secondary – assist with:
    • sales and customer service via telephone, email and walk-in queries
    • maintaining and continuously improving all systems
    • specific tasks/projects for Management from time to time
    • relieving other staff positions when required
    • any other tasks requested or typical in a business of this type

Client Relationship, Sales & Admin Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Relationship / Sales Admin Officer to add value to our team. We want an enthusiastic candidate looking for a long-term career within a caring environment.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team and be responsible for providing customers with the best possible solutions for their projects, as well as collaborating with the team on sales and marketing developments. 
  

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Primary – Client Relationship / Sales-related functions, including:
    • coordinate, schedule and undertake all activities to sell/promote all our products to retail clients
    • provide all ongoing support and relations with our retail clients
    • ensure all retail clients are sufficiently supplied as required with all sales tools and marketing items, such as displays, signage, brochures, etc
    • maximizing benefit from CRM and sales/marketing initiatives
    • sales and customer service via telephone, email and walk-in queries
    • other sales activities as may be required

 

  • Secondary – assist with:
    • maintaining and continuously improving all systems
    • specific tasks/projects for Management from time to time
    • relieving other staff positions when required
    • any other tasks requested or typical in a business of this type
    • being flexible to get all and any other jobs done as may be requested or otherwise.

 

Requirements: 

  • sales experience in the building/construction and/or property industries
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to follow tasks through to the end and on time
  • able to communicate cleanly and concisely
  • strong work ethic and eye for detail
