Technical overview

The Coldbuster element is self regulating and multi stranded with a full earth screen. The element is double insulated with DuPONT Tefzel and is fully waterproof. The Coldbuster floor heaters are pre terminated in the factory to ensure cold tail connections are waterproof and safe for wet areas.

The Coldbuster element is only 1mm in diameter and therefore does not affect floor levels when renovating.

The self regulating properties of the element ensure it generates progressively less heat with increasing temperature.
